Trades@Work $1000 competition Terms and Conditions

Any person who submits their entry to the competition (The Entrant) - The Winner is:
Any person who is chosen by the Promoter as the winner of the competition (The Winner) - The Prize is:
$1000.00 AUD (The Prize) - By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to all NSW residents over the age of 18 years with the exception of:
- Employees of the Promoter
- Family members of employees of the Promoter
- Any person who is connected in any way with the competition
- Any person who is contributing to set up the competition
- To enter the competition the entrant must fill out all the 12 questions in the survey and submit by pressing the “submit” button at the bottom of the survey.
- The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
- The entrant may only fill out the survey once and they will receive 1 entry into the Competition.
- The entrant must be an owner of a trade-based business to enter the Competition.
- The prize will be $1000.00 AUD deposited directly into an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.
- Closing date for entry will be 4:00PM (AEST) on Wednesday 14th September 2022. After this date no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.
- The winner will be drawn at random at Level 10, 80 George Street Parramatta NSW 2150 no more than 5 business days after Wednesday 14th September 2022.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 28 days of 14th September 2022. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner at random.
- Within 28 days of 14th September 2022, the Promoter will request the winner to nominate an Australian bank account for the prize to be deposited into.
- Failure to nominate an Australian bank account for the prize to be deposited into within 28 days of this request being made by the Promoter will result in forfeiture of the prize by the winner. The Promoter will draw a replacement winner at random in this instance within 7 business days of forfeiture.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
- There must be a minimum of 50 entries for a winner to be drawn.
- The promoter may close entries to the competition if entries exceed 400.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice due to any event outside of the Promoter’s control.
- The prize is not exchangeable.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any marketing material including posting on social media platform by the Promoter. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrant will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other Social Media platform. The entrant is providing their information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
