Many of us have now been self-isolating for two months, and you may be feeling a little over baking and puzzles. So, this month we have three suggestions of how to spend your days at home, getting educated, getting crafty and getting a personalised library!

Get an Ivy League Education

If you have always wanted a Harvard education, well, now is your chance! Multiple Ivy League schools are promoting free online courses for this lockdown period. The courses include poetry, history and literature, science, politics and even medicine. Most classes are self-paced. Jump online and indulge in some fancy learning!

Get crafty

Aussie business Crockd is sending out DIY clay kits to create your own beautiful clay creations! They have multiple packages for 1 person up to 4 people, and even a special Mother's Day package. The kits have the clay, all tools, instructions, and they even throw in some 'clay-breakers' which are ice breaker questions to chat over while you create!

Get a personalised library

The Bookplate, based in Hornsby, has cleverly adapted to the lockdown period by offering personalised book packages. Co-owner Tanya Kurukulasuriya has created a simple Google form asking you questions like what style of book you like to read, whether you like olives, to list some of your favourite books, and she puts together a package of 5-7 books specifically for you!
